My lovebird, Skye, loves her new cubbie.
You made it exactly the right size for her. The first night she had it she climbed in at bedtime and has slept in it every night since. There was no fear at all.
 
The best part is that she has not tried to chew it or the cover. In fact, she doesn't even poop in it. She must back up during the night when she has to go. It has stayed very clean.

 "I would never buy any other bird bed on the market. These cubbies are durable, sturdy and the best thing I have ever bought for my bird. Febe would be lost without her cubbie, she sleeps in it every night and plays on it all day. The fact that I can change the cover is brilliant. Those other beds get all dirty (pooped on) and the birds step in the mess. With this cubbie it falls right through the wire to the fabric cover below. What Febe likes the best is that she can hold on to the wiring like she would climbing up the side of her cage (natural for every bird). Before I found this cubbie I tried a couple other one's on the market and she was scared because they moved when she stepped in and there was nothing to grasp onto but fleece or fabric, what bird would want that. This one attaches securely onto the side of any cage. I truly believe in these cubbies and I know once your birdy has one they won't go back!"
